Rules & Regulations
Reward points can only be redeemed ONCE per transaction (this includes boarding, grooming, daycare services and retail purchases). Points CANNOT be redeemed in their entirety at one time. Points CANNOT be used toward reservation deposits. Points CANNOT be converted into store credit. Points CANNOT be pre-applied to a bill, they may only be redeemed at the time of check-out. Daycare package purchases do NOT earn reward points since package credits are already discounted.
