Our Policy

In order to provide the exceptional service you’ve come to expect of us, pre-booking boarding reservations and daycare days is required before arrival. In order to secure a reservation and avoid the panic of a “no vacancy” situation, we require a one night NON-REFUNDABLE deposit for boarding stays of (3) nights or longer. Holiday/peak season pricing will apply to all accommodations. Check out is before 11:00 AM. We use the time between OPEN – 11:00AM to clean and sanitize the previously occupied accommodations and prepare for our new arrivals. Any guests checking in before or checking out after the 11:00AM time period are placed into additional playtime at the appropriate daycare rate.

Check In Time Schedule:

Check In Is 11:00AM and AFTER
Check-ins before the stated time frame will be subject to a $20.00, half day daycare charge.

Check Out Time Schedule:

If You Check Out Between:
11:15am – 4pm = $20.00 HALF DAY DAYCARE FEE
4:15pm – CLOSE = $30.00 FULL DAY DAYCARE FEE

Daycare Group Sessions:

Daycare sessions occur between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Each session of playtime ranges between 1.5 – 6 hours

Cancellation Policy

All boarding and grooming reservations MUST be cancelled 24 hours in advance. All daycare reservations MUST be cancelled by 9:00AM the date of your scheduled visit. Insufficient cancellation timing or “no shows” may result in a fee.


Health and Discipline

For the safety and health of our guests, water breaks and hour rests are given after each play session.

All guests must be free of any parasites such as fleas, ticks, roundworm, giardia, other contagious parasites, etc. Any animal that has fleas will be given a flea bath immediately at the client’s expense.

We use water bottles to correct any behavior of concern. If the issue continues a calming walk on a lead is given.  A “time out” will be given if the previous corrections do not stop the behavior. A limit of three “time outs” will be given, and if the problem persists the owner will be notified and immediate action must be taken.

These extra “time outs” are at the discretion of our lead attendants.
